THE stripline-fed tapered slot antenna (TSA) array was introduced by Lewis et al. Its potential for wide-band and widescan arrays makes it a prime candidate for high-performance phased-array systems. However, achieving a successful design is usually costly and time consuming since the relationships between antenna parameters and array.

Stripline-Coupled-Double-Slot Structure Slot-Stripline-Slot antenna consists of three layers. The upper layer and the lower layers have slots in the ground planes while the middle layer is a stripline sandwiched between the upper and the lower slots, see Fig 2. Microstrip Slot Antenna

An ultrawideband (UWB) stripline slot antenna is presented in frequency and in time domain. Experiments are carried out to investigate its return loss, its radiation behavior, and its time-domain response. The antenna offers a 130% impedance bandwidth. Moreover its 108% radiation bandwidth covers the UWB band with a linear radiated far-field phase. It points out the fact that this antenna can be used in UWB applications
